C.E.O. and President, Dwight has been involved in advertising, marketing and public relations for over twenty years. In 1980, he founded The Altek Group, a successful full service advertising agency. His understanding of the industry and how to position his clients is proven by his client's success. It was also Dwight's vision and understanding of client's needs that has positioned The Altek Group to reach all areas of the global market.

General Manager, Norma has been with the company for over five years, her role is to oversee all operations of the company, as well as maintain an excellent working environment for our staff. She interacts with all of our clients on a daily basis to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner, stay within budget, and meet the highest standards in customer satisfaction.



Production Manager, Over the past 12 years Bill has been involved in almost every aspect of video production. He oversaw construction of all edit suites and rooms along with selcting all the appropriate equipment needed for an efficient and state-of-the-art video production studio. Bill has developed several interactive DVD's and Kiosks as well as shooting footage for all your needs.



Post Production Manager, Kevin has been a professional videographer and video editor for the past six years. He has earned a BA degree from CSUSB in Communication with an emphasis on Television and Radio broadcast. Kevin's attention to detail and his ability to easily collaborate with clients makes him an asset to our company and yours.
